AnnieUp currently averages close to a hundred performances per year. Through the years many of our band members have moved on to other opportunities in Nashville, American Idol, The Voice, etc.

AnnieUp has performed across the country, including multiple Las Vegas shows and over 100 shows in Oklahoma casinos. The band also teamed up with Box Talent for 10 years. Great times!

Meet the Band

Lead Vocals/Harmonies

Andra Nielsen

Andra hails from Goodland, KS. She was a member of Butler County Headliners and moved on to Nashville. She toured, performed, and recorded there for 6 years. Andra joined AnnieUp in 2012. She keeps busy with Andra's Boutique & LA Promotions.

Guitar/Lead Vocals/Harmonies

Michael Nielsen

Michael is a Wichita Native who graduated college in Nashville and joined AnnieUp in 2013. He is married to Andra and they have two daughters. He also keeps busy with his Financial Planning/Insurance Business.

Lead Vocals/Harmonies

Miranda Dawn

Miranda is a Nashville recording artist and is well known for her distinctive vocals and energetic stage presence. Miranda will team up for a third time with Grant Snider, they were in SYNERGY and ZYBA as well. We welcome her back to our AnnieUp Band family.

Keyboards/Lead Vocals/Harmonies

Grant Snider

Grant has been lead vocal and keyboardist for Synergy, ZYBA, Joe Worrel, OMG and Vinyl Richie. Grant also performs with the duo Grant & Pauly Experience. The band is stoked to have Grant and his energetic sense of humor as a talented addition.

Drummer

Steven Levan

Steven is the original drummer for AnnieUp and we are pleased upon his return. Steven was also in ZYBA with Miranda and Grant prior to AnnieUp. He is an army veteran and a licensed RN. He is engaged and resides in Andover.

Guitar/Lead Vocals/Harmonies

Jacob Reavis

Jacob is a talent way beyond his age. This gifted young man plays several different instruments and can run a complete recording session. An Augusta native, he returned from Nashville where he graduated from Belmont College.

Lead Vocals/Harmonies

Samantha Melillo

Samantha is a Wichita native and represented Kansas on American Idol. She recently returned from Nashville and we are fortunate to have her in AnnieUp. Her terrific vocals add great depth to our shows!

Bass/Lead Vocals/Harmonies

Ken Potter

Our congratulations to Ken for being a 2022 inductee into the Kansas Musicians Hall of Fame. Ken has been an established bassist in the Wichita area for years and has played across the Midwest. Ken is a great stage personality as well as a vocalist.

Lead Vocals/Harmonies

Lezlee Herd

Lezlee toured for 6 years in the trio "En Power & Light" where she sang lead vocals and played cajon. She has recently joined Annie Up and also plays with her husband in their duo "Paul & Lezlee".
